NoLogonDataAvailableException: No ticket in user object

14 Views

Hi,

I'm trying to enrich a Java HttpURLConnection object with the logon ticket (as described in the weblog here: SAP Logon Ticket-based Single Sign-On)

However, I'm getting a NoLogonDataAvailableException with message: No ticket in user object.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Do I need to perform any prior setup?

Does it matter how I retrieve the IUser object? Currently, I do this to get the IUser object:

UMFactory.getUserFactory().getUserByLoginID(...)

instead of

request.getUser()

Thanks.
