Error Maintenance Optimizer

Hi, I try download SPS for system SAP GRC Access Control 5.3 but in the step 2 "Select File" in Maitenance Optimizer show message error:

Transaction must be assigned to a Standalone Product Version!

Message no.MOPZ_CHECKS229

In the combo box Select Target not show Stack Details.

Hi, in the SMSY show warning for syste GRC, option Header Data > Active Product Version

Component= SAP GRC ACCESS CONTROL 5.3

Show message Warning: "Product version is inconsistent with software components"

Hi Venkata, the note not apply for my system. Recreate the SAP GRC in the SMSY and not show message warning but try download SP Stack in Maintenance Optimizer show error in the phase number 2 "Select Files".

After you create SAP GRC in SMSY, did you try to sync with SAP Market place ? Does it work ?

HI Arjun, After Sync with SAP Marketplace not work.

The problem is: SAP GRC Access Control is add-on of either Netweaver 7 or of ERP. try create new product Netweaver and add SAP GRC access control but show message warning and show error in the Maintenance Optimizer.

Did you assigned SAP GRC created in SMSY to any solution landscape ? If not, assign it and try again.

Thanks, i solved problem. I create new Product system in Netweaver and add SAP GRC in the Header Data also create new logical component in the Netweaver area. The Maintanence Optimizer is Ok.

Hi, I try to assign the SAP ERP 6.0 Product version in SOLMAN LMDB transaction to SAP ERP6 EHP7 system. I am getting error below screenshot.

SAP Details:

ERP 6 EHP 7

Release Version - 740

Hi,

In SMSY, please check what is the active product version for your system under the header data tab.

Standalone product version are like Netweaver, ERP, CRM etc whereas addon product version include GRC etc. So in case your system is mainly a Netweaver and has GRC on it, select SAP Netweaver as the standalone product version. Create relevant logical component for it, assign it to a solution and then start the MOPZ.
