Bex Web Session Terminates

Hi Gurus,

We have an issue here where in the Bex Web Session Terminates with message 'Web Session Terminated'.

There is a parameter in BW '<b>Keep Alive</b>' which we have set for 10 mins. However, whenever the active user reaches the 10 minute limit, his Web session simply terminates even if he is actively using the Web.

My question is; Is there a way to set the Web Session Timeout only if the user's Session becomes idle (say he left for lunch) only then he will be terminated after say 10 mins?

Are you setting the ICM parameter 'icm/keep_alive_timeout'?

Also check the documentation for 'icm/server_port_<xx>'. Make sure all the paramters are set correctly.

Make sure the session time-out is set to the desired value for the Bex service from SICF.
