problem communication between service desk and webdispatcher

Former Member

Dear all,

I'm trying to configure the service desk and myself webdispatcher and

allows communication with SolMan successfully but I can only see java

stack services running on port 50000 but the abap stack found in the

transaction SICF running on port 8000 I can not see.

So my question is how I can access the services of SolMan published in

the transaction SICF through webdispatcher?

Please could I help?

Thank you very much

Best Regards

Dear all,

are running perfectly my SICF services on port 8000 and 50000 of java by my ms / http_port is the 8101 thing is that I only web dispatcher detects the java stack detects I abap stack thus I can access any service that runs on port 50000 but after running on port 8000 which are the abap did not arrive by the webdisp because it is not detecting my abap stack.

I noticed that when entering the url http://ServidorDeSolman:8101/msgserver/text/logon get this result:

version 1.0

J2EE4070400

J2EE ServidorDeSolman 50000 LB=1

J2EES ServidorDeSolman 50001 LB=1

P4 ServidorDeSolman 50004 LB=1

P4S ServidorDeSolman 50006 LB=1

P4HTTP ServidorDeSolman 50005 LB=1

JC_MIASRV00_LCS_00

ServidorDeSolman 50018

As we can see only the stack info throws java and java ports but does not provide the info in the ABAP stack.

Also for the webdisp perform this test via command line in the cmd:

C:\usr\sap\WEB\SYS\profile>sapwebdisp -checkconfig pf=WEB_W02_MIASRV00

Web Dispatcher configuration for J2EE only system: No server group !DIAG defined

On double stack systems, configure Web Dispatcher to access Message Server of SAP Web AS ABAP

It seems that I must add some parameters on the webdisp indicating that the system is dual stack but really I have no idea if the problem is that what would be the parameter.

Any idea that can be done?

Thank you very much for the help

Hi,

You can access all the solution manager services by workcenter is it?

the corresponding sicf servicess are

/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter

But you need to have the respective roles and auth needs to be assigned,

Please check

Thanks
