HELP !! Portal is not runnig -- THE PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED

Hi Friends,

I have a serious problem with EP 6.0 SP9.

After, I change the look of my portal, I restart all instance and When I try of visualize the portal the browser display this message

"The Page cannot be displayed"

I try whit different url, for example

1.- http://sapbw:50000/irj/portal

2.- http://172.1.212.34:50000/irj/portal

But, the applications always returned the same error.

Please, I am desperate.

When I do logon in the visual administrator tools, the applications return this error message

Unable to lookup connection default http://sapbw:8101/msgserver/text logon

returned empty list of connection parameters

I look the log file in the server0 cluster, but this file is empty.

I don't know which is the problem?

Please, Help Me.. Is Urgent!
