Crystal Xcelsius Re-Activations

I purchased Xcelsius Pro 4.5 in April 2008. I've had some system crashes and have just installed it on a new system. Unfortunately, when the app tries to activate, it says that I have exhausted all of my activations. How do I get a new activation or reactivation code?
