Mopz- Error

In Mopz, selctiion files screen i am getting following error:

No destination for sap customer number. 000xxxxxxx.

how to resolve this?

is my customer number s0000xxxx or any other number?

I am in bit confusion ..

Hi,

You need to mention customer number XXXX (exclude S000) in AISUSER Tcode with user ID mapped to it.

After this , check RFC SAP-OSS-LIST and verify if S000XXXX customer ID is maintained here.

Login with same user id for MOPZ calculation.

Hi,

The issue is due to customizing on managing multiple customer

numbers functionality i think.

As you are hosting only a single customer number? If yes, please

deactivate the functionality following the steps below.

SPRO

-> SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide

-> SAP Solution Manager

-> Basic Settings

-> Connection to SAP

-> Several SAP Customer Numbers

-> Business Add-In to Manage Several SAP Customer Numbers

-> deactivate the BAdI implementation AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP
