Team Calendar - No of employees

Guys,

In the Leave Request Team Calendar for EHP5, shows all the employee in the department on a single page.

I have configured the node:

SPRO -> Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service (Web Dynpro ABAP) -> Service-Specific Settings -> Working Time -> Team Calendar -> Define Layout of Team Calendar

Rule Group Name of Rule Group Cache Validity No.of Lines/Page

000001 SAP Standard 1 10.

Even,

SPRO -> Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service (Web Dynpro ABAP) -> Service-Specific Settings -> Working Time -> Team Calendar -> Specify Color Display of Absences

has been configured as,

Display Previous Leave in Team calendar up to Maximum:

Start of Period : As of current date

Display of Leave: 1 day

But, still no use.

Current scenrio, an employee belongs to a organisation unit with 300 team members, and the system is unable to build the team calendar, and the page doesnt get loaded.

Need advice.

did you got the answer to your question as we are facing similar problem and have done all the set up for team calendar (new ivew EHP5 MSS, WEBMO rule groups, no. of pages etc) but is still not picking up the no of rows per page.

I had raised a OSS. SAP advised to use employees less than 70 in a department. The concept of page wise is removed, and the team calendar appears in a single page.

here increase the size

and next setting you need to verify is in table v_ptreq_team, what team group ie ESS_LEA_EE is being used, this is the key.

Thanks for the reply.

The team calendar shows all department employess in a single page. The team calendar is not appearing page wise.

I basically need 10 (1st page) 10 (2nd page) and so on.

you need to configure as indicated above, ie no of lines page etc

in customisation using ptarq. please check the rule group assigned to them
