I used file adapter in my CC and defined all the necessary objects. When I tried to test the configuration and I kept getting "Sender Agreement" error.

Also the chache is cleared too, searched the forum already, couldn't find any clue

Not sure what I did wrong

Check the communication channel for the sender:

RWB->Component Monitoring->Adapter Engine->Communication channel Monitoring

Hi,

Sender Agreement is usually a combination of Sender Service interface/Message Interface + Sender Communication channel.

Make sure that the combination of two is correct.

Hope this helps.

I think this might be due to cache issues mostly. You could totally delete the objects and recreate and see how that helps. Check you provide valid business system or component name for the sender and receiver correctly. One sender agreement per file communication channel.

Hi Baskar, Michal,

I deleted all the objects created in ID and recreated the objects, also created the configuration scenario using the ID wizard, I am still getting the "Sender Agreement not found" error.

Not sure what other possible problems can cause the error

Can you check if there are 2 sender agreements using the same channel?

After you create the object, do you activate it?

Hi Prateek,

I just checked:

1. All the created objects are activated

2. The sender CC is only used by the Sender Agreement and the Configuration Scenario, I used "Where-Used List" checked. The Receiver CC is used by the Receiver Agreement and the Configuration Scenario.

Hi,

First things first, ensure you have an agreement for each single Communication Channel you have

and that they are correctly associated.

If they are created and associated, you may try the cache refresh with the link:

use integration directory wizard to create all objects in ID and check if it's working
