Issue installing explorer 4.0 SP2

Hello

We are getting the attached error message while installing explorer 4.0 SP2 on our windows 2003 64 bit server.

We had installed explorer on it earler, but due to corruption in installer, we uninstalled it. Now we are trying to install again and facing the issue.

Also, this are the lines copied from InstallData folder :

Run time error

This error appears when the isntaller tries to update the installmanifest file.
