Behaviour of Infotypes during termintation of an employee

Hi Experts,

Need small help. When I terminate an employee in system, some of the infotypes behaving differently.

Infotype Actions - is getting the same date that is given in PA40 screen when the termination action is selected. For ex, if an employee made terminate from 01.03.2012 the infotype 0000 Actions is getting the same date.

Organizational Assignment: this infotype is getting a start date of 29.02.2012 for the new record in above said case which should be 01.03.2012.

Communication: This infotype is getting delimited to 28.02.2012 which is actually supposed to get delimited to 29.02.2012.
