In the material management Warehouse Management how to find existing rows

I am working on BODS data mapping, we are planning on migrating data from mm source, haven't got enough experience in using abap sap.

I would like to see the data in the MM - OLML- Warehouse Management records.

Can you please provide me the steps, how to view the exixting rows, also may be just a weeks worth of records instead of loading the whole.

and would lke to view each rowin the displayform and check on each field and table info etc.
