Cannot install Java license...

Hi all,

i just made a Java HSC from production to development and sapinst failed to install a correct license.

Now when i try to start java engine it tooks more than 30 minutes to change status from starting applications to running (i think this behaviour is ok, is the first start after HSC is finished) so after this time Java istance is stopped and im not able to login in the VA and install a regular license. 😔

How can i do? Theres a different way? Mabye without using VA?
