Charts Being Cropped

Using Crystal Reports XI

I have several charts on a report. Each of these charts is contained in a subreport (needed to do this way as TPTB wants data from several sources on one report). At any rate, a couple of these are pie charts which have data labels and feeler lines which are set as "Side Of Frame". This was chosen as it was visually appealing.

However, on the main report, the data labels closest to the bottom of the chart is being cropped off (sometimes completely, sometimes only the bottom half). I tried making the chart smaller than the subreport area, but it doesn't help. I tried rotating the pie, but that doesn't help either.

Occasionally, depending on the data, the labels will shop up completely in Preview mode, but when printed or exported to a PDF file, the cropping returns.

What's causing this and how do I make it stop?
