Help!!!! the datasource of sd influence

Dear all

I changed extract structures in LO Customizing Cockpit (2LIS_11_VCITEM/2LIS_12_VCITEM/2LIS_13_VCITEM) and append fields for these datasources. i test in QAS,load data into BW is ok and R3 SD module not affect. but i transport these to R3 Product system ,before i load data into BW ,R3 SD module can not do transaction operations and not update , in SM13,there are no update informations. i find some notes of these ,but valid not for the system (version R/3 4.7). i deactive the datasource in LBWE,the issure is solved and SD operation no problem,but the BW can not load data.

Could anyone give me a good solution? The case is very very urgent?
