Hi experts

In interaction center, we inserted the activity view, which allow to search and view activity.

In results, as in sales profile, the user can click on the account name and the sistem will open the account data.

Now, the IC open the compact view,( ICCMP_BP_DETAIL), we want to open the standard and complete view "BP_HEAD",

the view which is open in ACCOUNT OVERVIEW....

Any idea??

Hello, Marco.

You need to change Generic OP Mappings in Navigation Bar profile for your business role. Search there for BP_ACCOUNT object. And compare target ids for different actions of this object with the same in ordinary Navigation Bar profile (for not-IC-specific role; for instance, for sales pro).

But my solution above will change the navigation behaviour for whole role. I mean you'll be navigated to standard BP views from all IC views within business role with this Navigation profile (from account identification, from partners in Interaction Record etc.)

If you do not need this and need to change only navigation from your activity view then I'd suggest to create own UI object, maintain Generic OP Mappings for it to general BP view in the same way as described above. And then use this UI object to navigate to it dynamically on a click in your activity view.
