Mass Approval of Leave Request...need function module or any program

Hi All,

I have developed Custom Application in webdynpro java for Leave,Travel,now i got the new requirements for mass approval of Leave and Travel can any baddy provide me any input ,i don't know which functional module or program i use , help gurus...

There are standard applications for leave and travel approvals in ESS.

Are you using them from UWL ?

What custom applications you refer here ?

If you are using standard applications and standard ESS process, then this will be done from XML of UWL and mofification at Workflow level.

You need not do any customization at web dynpro level for the same.

i have created Webdynpro java application using UWL API for getting all workitem for specific users and now i want to approve multiple workitems for leave.i need Function module if any available?For Single its working fine, i am calling the standard application which is available in ESS/MSS BP.but now i want mass approval for this.any idea how i can achieve this using webdynpro java application????

can u tell me how i can do the same thing using XML,i have no idea in XML.thanks for your reply

As an alternative to this service, you can use the Leave Request: Mass Approval report (RPTARQMASS_APPROVAL) in the back-end system. These reports enable you to approve multiple leave requests in batch.
