/460 and /456 is not getting generated

Hi experts,

Please help me to resolve this.. for only 2 employees /460 and /456 is not getting generated , in their log /450 is available and all the infotypes related to income tax has been maintained. Both the employee is eligible for income tax deduction but not happening.

Please guide me..
