Trial Balance

In SAP B1 while checking the Trial balance all COGS acounts and Inventory account also displayed. But as per general accounting COGS account not cmng in Trial Balce.

My trial balace Debit Credit get match but is thier any way to hide COGs account and match the TB.

Please help it is urgent.

Hi Harshad........

You can manage those settings in Financial Report Template for Trial Balance.

Please do this working in Financials--> Financial Report Template........

and If i tried to hide those cogs account my TB is not get match.

You have to show COGS Account in TB........

But you can hide also as you require.......

But if I hide COGS them my TB wont be match. as DEBIT and CREDIT should match. My Finance manager said COGS is not a part of TB. and also Inventory is not cmng in TB.

Hi,

You need to valuate the Closing Stock based on the Purchases and the COGS values. Closing Stock never appears in the Trial Balance.
