Reading Messages from Archive failed: In RWB

Hi PI Gurus,

I am not able to see the messages after 48 Hrs. The CChannel is in success.

When try to see archive Messsage in RWB I am getting below error:

Cannot read archived messages; reason: Reading Messages from Archive failed. Reason: java.io.IOException: The HTTP request of command "INDEXDESCRIBE" did not reach the XMLDAS. This may indicate that the credentials for the HTTP destination have expired.

Is any config need to be done in RWB?

Hi,

May be before 48 hours these records are deleting from SXMB_MONI (based on basis setting in SXMB_ADM). You can check those settings and increase the time.

Procedure: SXMB_ADM--> Click on Define Interfaces for Archive and retention periods --> Click on Retention periods --> and give the duration (based on this duration the messages are in SXMB_MONI).

Hi Venkata,

Actually, messages are not deleting form SXMB_MONI. I Can see the msg in ECC MONI.

The scenario is proxy to file, and I want to see the logs weather the file is delivered to end point or not.

For that, in CC monitoring for that date, the message ID is in disable mode (no hyper link is coming). How to see that message log.

Any config needs to be done for that.
