Hierarchy nodes are not showing up in Bex analyzer selection

We use Profit Center Hierarchies in BW which are loaded from ECC (Profit Center Group). When we modify the PC group in ECC and load it into BW and activate, the hierarchy looks good in RSH1. But When we use the same Hierarchy in BEx Analyzer as the selection, the newly added nodes are not visible. When we run the same query in Internet explorer, the newly added nodes are visible.

We are running BI 7.0. This is happening in BEx for 3.5 and 7.0 both.

Has anyone come across this issue? Any help in this regard is appreciated.
