Crystal Viewer with Application software is Erratic

Generating reports with Crystal viewer within the application software will give a different result everytime you generate the report. Sometimes the report is blank, sometimes part of the data is there and sometimes all of the data is there. This happens consistently with all of my report templates.

The database is populating 100% of the time and when the report is generated in Crystal 2011 the data is there 100% of the time.

The developer of the application software cannot pinpoint the problem and thinks it has something to do with Crystals latest viewer wich apparently is stil in Beta.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem?, Can anyone point me in the right direction and help isolate the problem?
