define permit group and permit class

Sir,

I am totally confused with this permits and wcm relation.

In permit (Spro), how to define permit group and permit class

what is this permit class and where in need set spro settings.

in ipmd change mode, i am unable to assign the class.

pls expalin in step by step.

Hi,

you need to create an specific class to use that while doing IPMD. create class using CL02 with class type 049.

Hello,

Go to TCode CL02 and create a new class "permit" and class type as "049".

Assign the various characteristics you require for your permit.

Now go to TCode OIPG and assign this class to permit group.

Check if permit class is turned green in TCode IPMD.

Then you can go ahead with defining your permit through Tcode "IPMD".
