Copy in Integrated Planning change dimension in conditions

Hi Experts,

I am using copy function to copy data from one month and actual version to different months and version. I am using version in changed, month in conditions and hence unable to change month (is there any workaround for this). Without condition the function does not work. Month and Version will have user input variables and I am executing the function through bex analyzer, to pass these variables. But the values from query variables don't get passed to planning function too. Stuck with these two issues, need help.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. Below are the examples.

1. If Year 2016, then change the version from ACT to PLAN, If Year 2015 then ACT to Budget. I need to change these years also increasing by one.

2. Pass the variables for planning function through Workbook. The variables used in PF, I created a query using the same variables. But it doesn't get passed to PF from query. I have now achieved the same using dropdown on master data and referring the same values in PF button.

Please let me know if any more clarifications needed.
