MultiCube query: data shown as #

I have a multicube that includes a Purchasing Data Cube. So we are trying to get orders and then the corresponding PO numbers from the Purchasing cube. I've been playing with this for a long time and found out that the data exists in Purchasing cube but its just not showing in the query. PO numbers show as # signs. what could be the problem.
