BCM System Configurator Connection Failed

Hi,

After completed the installation of BCM 7.0. I was trying to login to BCM System Configurator to do the configuration. However, I'm facing this error:

Connection failed; try again later

Trying to get any error message in the logs folder(Administrator, FrontEnd) but couldn't find any.

Anybody faced the issue before?

Hi KY,

Did you manage to solve this problem? I am facing the same issue with BCM 7.0 SP4 version ( I get message 'Connection failed, try again later' when I attempt to login to System Configurator for the first time) and would like to know how you resolved this issue.

hello,

check connection opening settings in system configurator login page with website VU configured settings for connection servers, if they match each other.

Hello Kit Yee,

You did not specify the Service Pack version you are running. SP3 is out now, so I would recommend upgrading to that.

Check that Connection Server and Agent Server are running properly, restart if necessary.

Check that your certificates are properly installed.

Check that your logon URL, username and pwd are correct.
