Creating Productuion Order

Hello

I am trying to convert the planned order into Production Order but I got the error massage

No routing selection possible (check entry)

Message no. CO240

whats the meaning of CO240

Please help me.

Dear Jadhav,

1.Check the usage value(should be 1) and status(should be defined as 4) of the routing of the routing under routing header.

2.Check the routing selection ID that has been assigned in the order type depedent parameters for the plant and order type

combination in OPL8 for the exact order type.

3.Ensure the selectionID has one prirority for the routing also.

Check and revert back.

Actually I have assigned all this thing but i m not creating the new assignment in routing but now its working

but i am not understand the link new assignment to Production Order so could u please Explain it ? and another thing is when i convert planned order to production order the material is available showing but when i creating with reference to sales order (CO08) the missing part list showing . (I m try to create the production order for same Mtl as well as sales order)

Hi,

When you are creating production order from plan order to production order its not showing missing part list as stock is available. But when you are creating with ref to sales order its saying missing part as sales order specific stock is not available.

Transfer raw material stock from unrestricated to sales order stock (Mov Type-412 E/413) and the try CO08.

Hi Sushjadhav,

Please check the validity date for the routing and usage once in CA02.

Then please close the order in CO02 and again reenter.

I hope it works any queries please revert me back.
