KS134 while changing UoM of AType

Dear All,

The AType's UoM needs to change, however there are dependent records and system issues KS134 "Field change Activity Unit is not possible (transaction data already exists)" and doesn't allow it. The only workaround seems to have new Atypes created w/ correct UoM. However, is there any other work around resolving this issue?
