Extended Notification Flexible Mail Text ( Adding Variable to mail body )

Hello,

We want to send email notifications for a certain category of workflow tasks using Extended Notifications. This works fine.

However, the only way I see to change body of the email text is to provide another SE61 text key at the General Settings (SWNCONFIG transaction).

We do not want the same email text(static text) for all emails, just for this category.

We actually need a variable part in the text that will be different for each workflow instance (based on the generated work-item).

For example say extended notification is related to PO Release.So in each notification I want to put that particular PO & and Its ITEM details for which the notification triggered.

Is there a way to configure the category to call a certain class method or function module that provides the email text?

Or any other alternative to achieve this ?

And doing one time configuration for extended notification is in ABAPer's Scope or it's a BASIS job.Please give some idea
