Remove deletion flag (DLFL) from production order

Hello,

We are currently struggling with deletion flag in production orders created by a sales order.

When I set a rejection code on the sales order item, the production order is flagged for deletion (status DLFL).

My issue is that I cannot TECO the order, so I remove the rejection code so that I can TECO it, but the production order's deletion flag is not removed : a new production order is created, and the old one remains marked for deletion. Also, the production order is not changeable anymore, and it not possible to revoke the deletion flag in transaction CO02.

My question is, is there a standard way to reopen a deleted production order?
