Link for Security Questions

We are running ERP 6.0 EHP4, which is based on NW 7.0 EHP1. In addition to our ABAP system we have a small stand-alone Java system of the same release which is currently used for Adobe requests from the ABAP system, so no users ever log into this system. Java users are maintained in the ABAP system.

There is a requirement to enable users to reset their own passwords for the ABAP system. SAP suggested leveraging our Java system for that, by configuring the password reset that is part of the IDM functionality. We have successfully set it up in a test system without the use of security questions by doing the configuration and using the link http://javahost:port/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc_secume_wdenduser/LogonHelpApp. So far so good.

The next step is to add the use of security questions. The configuration is straightforward, but we can't find the link for the users to use for setting the security questions, like the link above for the password reset. Can anybody provide us with that link?

Thank you, Matt! This is a good document, but we have the configuration done, I think. What we need is the URL for the end-user to go directly to the screen for setting their questions, just like we have for the logon help above. Nobody ever logs into the Java instance except Basis.

Susan, the document gives you the URL that you need. Can't recall it off of the top of my head. It's the only URL that is available as far as I know.
