Add more rows to an existing report

Hello Experts,

We are using the program GP3VTC3F6HZEESI6CD8V5T8PXJO010 to get a reposrt like KB10 report.

And we had assined a tcode ZDWC_KB10 for this report.

Now i had created three more cost elements and i would like to add these also in that report.

Please help,

Hi,

Either your report is working with sets or cost elements are 'hardcoded' there in general selection. In any case, check the report group, go to 'general selection' or to the parameters of the cost element column itself and see what are the restrictions. If the report works with sets, which I hope, simply add your new cost elements to this set. Otherwise, add the cost elements to the parameters of the column.

As i am new to the reporting, can you please elobarate your solution?

Where exactly i have to check,

I think this report is working with sets, then where exactly i have to add these cost elements?

Go to GRR3 and double-click on the column of cost elements, if it exists, or in case it's not go to Menu - Edit - General selection. The set in question will me mentioned there. By the way, is it not in the selection screen of the report?
