Hello
I am getting a curious error. When i do a print preview on a smartform, then on some computers it does not work and all I see is a blank screen.
Its definitely not the way the smartform was setup as in the majority of pc's the document is displayed. Its only happening on a few pc's. I have checked the version of internet explorer as well as Java edition. Is there anything else I need to check.

It may be worth checking the user's version of their PDF reader on their laptop as most smartforms are generated in this format in the Web UI. Perhaps try reinstalling Adobe Reader and see if there is any difference?
