reset/change a password

i know this sounds like a stupid question but im a new consultant and will probably be asking a lot of questions as i really need your help.

how do i reset/change a password?

how do i change a client user's passowrd? should i remote?

you have to click the users option, then search(find the username you want to change the password) then the button with the dots (...) and you can change it from your desktop computer if you are the administrator
