Its HR-ABAP related issue.Tcode-PO13(infotype 1061(web link))

In PD infotype 1061 i need to have a default value as " Position Summary" in the title field. i got the userexits for tcode PO13.but non of the includes of these userexits are responsible for going to IT1061 screen.

where should i do the coding to get this default value in the title field(P1061-LINKTXT)? please guide me on this.
