In currency translation error in BCS (UCMON )

Hi Guys

In UCMON t code I am doing the currency translation for jan 2012 .I am getting the below error message I have done the period as open.

Task is blocked for S1101/DZ001L or not applicable to S1101/DZ001L

Message no. UCS0048

Diagnosis

The current task is either already blocked for S1101/DZ001L, flagged with a block that is pending approval, or is not applicable.

If the current task is blocked, unblock the task for S1101/DZ001L in the consolidation monitor and run the task again for S1101/DZ001L.

Kindly let me know what is the procedure to follow to resolve this issue .where I can go and unblock the task . Please expalin
