PI 7.1 Interface exposed as web service

Hi Experts,

In our current project we need to expose the interface a web service. It will be a SOAP to JMS scenario.

SAP CE will call this web service (in SAP PI) and request message will be passed on to WMB (JMS) and response message will be passed on from WMB queue to PI to SAP CE.

Can anyone please let me know steps how to achieve this? any URL or PDF document will also help to do this.
