"which profiles i have to Authorise for "HR,FICO,SD,BW" users

Hi Guru's

I want to know the details of "assigning the profile's to the user"

Like if i create a "user" to a "Basis" person then "profile name" SAP_ALL" and "SAP_NEW". then he gets accessed to all the t-code's

Like wise if i want to give authorization to FICO ,HR,SD,BW users...which Profile's i have to Assign so that they can access to there minimum required things.

Please let me know the details ...would be really help full to me
