User exit for 311 movement type during Kanban status change

Hello experts,

I want to alter the stock placement to a different storage location than the one defined in the production version while changing the Kanban Status from Empty to Full with PKRF21. Whats the user exit that can be used for this and It needs to post a material document with 311 movement type.
