hi experts,

i've a problem when i try to update one of my service call, the following error occured :

No matching records found (ODBC -2028)

when i create an other service call with exactly the same param, i don't have any problem.

Why my first one doesn't want to update anymore?

This error is a common error with many possibilities. Based on your issue, it is most likely the header and row does not match somehow.
