Remote Support Configuration

I want to configure Channel Setting for predefined tasks that are automatically downloaded from SAP and updated whenever necessary.

But i need explanation for some fields which all are require for Channel Setting Configuration.

1.SMTP server

2.SMTP User Name

3.SMTP Password

4.Agent Mail ID
