Course Content from DEV system to QAS or PRD

Hi All,

We have all the published course contents in my development system, now i want to move all the course content to the Quality system. How can i do it.

I cannot only copy the master repository and make a copy in QA system, because, it will not fetch the 14 digit ID for the content then. Also my QAS system is not a copy of DEV system. Its a new installation. So please suggest whats the procedure to move the contents. Any information would help me a lot.
