Edit mode option is not shown in BI Launch Pad

Dear All

Edit mode option is not showing when we open Web Intelligence Report from BI Launch Pad for some Users.

When I login into the BI Launch Pad , Edit option is showing for Web Intelligence Report.

Any Settings can we do in CMC?

kindly tell me the solution for bringing the edit option.
