Error in File to IDoc scenario

Hi Experts,

Error 1)

I developed the scenario like File to IDoc , I configured and completed all the ESR and ID configuration, when I am testing in the from the Tools ->Test Configurations all the results are fine, actually I dont have FTP server for testing the file then I am testing

under RWB with component monitoring I am getting these kind of error Failed to determine a receiver agreement for the given message.

But I configured receiver agreement steps are good.

One more issue when I am testing with Transaction SXMB_MONI I am getting error like

INTERFACE_REGISTRATION_ERROR

No implementing class registered for the interface (ABAP interface, request message SI_Vendor_OB, request message, namespace http://www.****.com/Mappings

What might be the problem.Please do needful .
