Reg: Help Link in Masthead and a check mark in content area

Hello Guru's,

I have 2 issues:

1. In the masthead when I click on the Help link it is opening 2 new windows, where is this controlled from?

2. In the Content Area I am getting a Green Tick mark? Any idea from where is it showing up from? Is there a noContentMessage iview exists in Portal? if so where to find the same?

Please help me with this.
