Hi All,

In the error message its suggesting for "Define the default values in Customizing" (table :FDM_CUST01).

what is the reason i am getting this reason ? and do i need to maintain the entry in this table.

Thanks

Anand

I think missing the default values for the attributes on the dialog screen for creating a dispute case in Financial Accounting processes. .

Set up the below configurtion and assign your company code to dispute case type, map AR reason code with Dispute reason code

SPRO->Dispute Managment ->Process Integaration with Accounts Receivalbe Accounting -> Define Default values for creation of dispute cases
