me2o - create delivery - incomplete because of permit

Hi Experts,

I have a problem in transaction me2o - we implemented a special procedure to check the permit data in deliveries in the incompletion procedures.

Now it's not possible to create a delivery out of me2o because the delivery is incomplete.

Do someone have an idea to solve it or do someone have a solution?

Is it possible to go into the changemodus of the delivery, where the user can maintain the permit data and save it afterwards?

The check on the permit data is very important for us.
