Question on changing InfoObject

Hi,

For one of our InfoObject, need to delete 3 attributes from it. THis InfoObject is in Production System. This InfoOBject is referenced in 6 InfoProviders. Now if we delete attributes of this InfoObject

will system complain for data to be deleted from all 6 InfoProviders and the InfoObject ?

Any ideas ?
