Asking that question is a bit like asking how to install ERP.
APO consists of multiple modules, like ERP. The required Configuration steps, and required Master data, are different for each module. There have been books written about the implementation and management of each module. Forums are unfortunately not a good vehicle for conveying this large amount of information.
