Emailing an outline agreement in ECC

Hi

Does anyone know how to have an outline agreement (created using ME31K) set up so that it can be emailled. For purchase orders we set the output device EMAIL and this sends and email to the email address attached to the purchasing group. However this does not seem to work for contracts (outline agreements)

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Yes I can see how I can use the output determination configuration. I was also able to use the output device "EMAIL" I was then able to save the output and then the outline agreement was emailed to me

PO and contract outputs are different. you have configure output determination for outline agreements.

-Create message type - M/38

-Create message schema - M/68

Also check SPRO configuration for messages for outline agreements.
